When can I access to finalize the set up of my stand?

All stands will be fully built by the organizer. If you need to decorate or install display pieces, you can do it on Tuesday, June 10, 16:00 – 22:00

Can I access to prepare my stand before the conference sessions start?

On both mornings, before the conference opens, exhibitors will have an hour reserved to utilize the stand. You can use this time to prepare your presentations and materials or concentrate on the upcoming day with your
team etc.

Thursday, June 12, 8:00–9:00

What are the exhibition opening hours?

Wednesday, June 11, 9:00– 17:00
Thursday, June 12, 9:00– 17:00
During this time, the entire event area is open, and conference guests can move freely on both days. It is not mandatory to keep the booth occupied at all times.
The venue is designed so that during the conference breaks, guests are directed to use the furnished stands. So, feel free to invite guests to stay at your stand!

What is the timetable for dismantling?

Thursday, June 12, 17:00 – 20:00
GPD 2025 event exhibitors or sponsors must ensure that they remove all their exhibition material from the Arena by the end of the load-out day (12.6.2025 at 23:59). Failure to do so, GPD may charge them any penalty fees that the Arena company may claim from GPD.
