Eva Babic is a structural engineer in the Arup Façade Engineering team. She has experience in structural glass design, her projects ranging from an 11m tall shear wall to glass walkways and skylights. Eva enjoys bespoke challenges, designing from first principles and detailed computational analysis. She is passionate about architectural glass recycling and implementing circular economy principles in construction industry.

Graeme Debrincat is a façade and structural engineering specialist. For the past fifteen years, he has focused on the design of building envelopes, working as both specialist contractor and consulting engineer. Graeme is passionate about creating sustainable buildings, focusing on glass in construction and using circular economy principles for repair and adaption of existing and historic buildings and in new-build projects.

James Griffith is a chartered engineer in Arup’s Advanced Technology and Research group in San Francisco. He has designed a variety of innovative glass structures across the world, including the helical glass liftshaft through the Jesus Tower of Sagrada Familia and the award-winning curved glass façade of London’s Maggie’s Centre. He has a longstanding interest in applying digital technologies to improve the design and fabrication of the built environment.
